Erasmus+ Quality Assessment

Find out exactly where your proposal stands — before you submit it.

Is Your Proposal Ready to Submit?

Most applicants submit hoping for the best. A Quality Assessment tells you exactly where you stand.

Most proposals are rejected not because of a weak idea — but because no one reviewed them first:

  • No objective measure of how the proposal scores against evaluation criteria.
  • Weak sections submitted as-is because there was no expert review before the deadline.
  • Critical gaps in impact, dissemination or partnership logic go unnoticed until rejection.

A Quality Assessment gives you an expert evaluation of your draft before you submit:

  • Every section scored against the 4 official award criteria used by National Agency evaluators.
  • Written explanation of what is strong and what is losing points across your draft.
  • A clear submission verdict with specific, actionable recommendations to act on.

How it Works

We review your proposal, score it against official criteria, and deliver a clear report before your deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Erasmus+ Quality Assessment service — before you get started.

What do I need to send you to get started?

You need to share your proposal draft — either as a Word document or a PDF. The more complete the draft, the more detailed and useful the assessment will be. If you only have a partial draft, let us know and we will assess what is available.

How is the Quality Assessment different from just reading my proposal?

We assess your proposal using the same 4 official award criteria framework used by National Agency evaluators — Relevance, Quality of Project Design & Implementation, Quality of Partnership & Cooperation Arrangements, and Impact. Each criterion is scored and explained in writing. This is not generic feedback — it is a structured evaluation tied to the actual scoring framework.

Will you rewrite my proposal as part of the assessment?

No. The Quality Assessment is an evaluation and report only. If you want your proposal rewritten based on the assessment findings, that is covered by our Proposal Optimisation service.

What format is the report delivered in?

You receive a structured written report in Word or PDF format, with scores per criterion, written explanations and specific recommendations for each weak area.

Can I request a Quality Assessment close to my submission deadline?

Yes — delivery is within 3 working days for KA1, 5 for KA210 and 7 for KA220. If your deadline is very close, get in touch before ordering and we will confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline.

Do you use AI to write the assessments?

Our Quality Assessments are written by an experienced Erasmus+ proposal specialist — not generated by AI. Every score, explanation and recommendation is based on expert judgement and direct knowledge of how National Agency evaluators assess proposals. We may use AI tools to support research or formatting, but every assessment you receive is reviewed, written and signed off by a human expert.
