Where do you find potential partner organisations?
We start with our own network of Erasmus+ eligible organisations built through years of active involvement in the programme. Where needed, we extend the search to Erasmus+ project databases, EPALE and partner search platforms used by National Agencies — always assessing each organisation for eligibility and compatibility before making contact.
Do you guarantee that partners will be found?
We do not charge until we have successfully introduced you to at least one confirmed, interested partner organisation. If we are unable to find a suitable partner match for your project, you pay nothing. This means you only pay for results — not for the search itself.
What information do I need to provide to start the search?
We need a basic project brief — your Key Action, sector, project topic, country preferences and the type of organisations you are looking for. The more specific you are, the more targeted the search.
Can I request partners from specific countries?
Yes. You can specify country preferences in your brief. We will prioritise those countries, though we may also suggest alternatives if we identify a strong match from a different country that strengthens your consortium.
What happens after the introduction is made?
Once we introduce you to a confirmed interested partner, the relationship and collaboration is yours to develop. We facilitate the introduction — the partnership agreement, roles and project development are handled directly between your organisations.
Can I use the Partner Search service if I do not have a project idea yet?
We recommend having at least a basic project concept and a Key Action in mind before starting a partner search. Without this, it is very difficult to identify the right type of organisations for your consortium.
What if I need more partners than the tier I purchased?
You can upgrade to a higher tier or purchase an additional search. Get in touch and we will find the most efficient solution for your situation.
