How does Partner Matching work?
It takes three steps. First, you tell us your project idea, Key Action and the partners you need. Second, we shortlist organisations from our network that fit your topic, target countries and partner type, and we confirm their interest. Third, we introduce you to the partners who are interested.
Where do you find the partners?
We match you with partners from the Erasmus+ network we've built over 10+ years through our consultancy: organisations across Europe that we know and trust directly, not names copied from social media groups. Most are organisations we've worked with or met through Erasmus+ projects.
How do you choose the partners?
We select from our own Erasmus+ network based on your topic, target countries and partner type. We only recommend organisations with proven project experience, a reliable track record and a professional work ethic, and we confirm their interest before we introduce them.
Can you guarantee that a partner will join my project?
No, because each organisation makes its own decision. We introduce you to partners who are open to your project and fit your topic, country and organisation type.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A short description of your project idea, your Key Action, the target countries, the type of partners you need and the number of partners you are looking for. If you also have a submission deadline, tell us so we can plan around it.
Which package should I choose?
Choose the package that matches the number of partners you still need to find. If you are not sure how many your project needs, message us before ordering and we'll advise you.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We only share what's needed to introduce a partner (topic, target countries and the partner role), and we won't pass on your organisation's details without your agreement.
Do you also write the application?
Partner Matching covers finding and introducing partners only. If you also need help with the application itself, that is a separate service, Proposal Development.
